"Relaunching Instinct in my hometown where I started it and incorporating revenue from every sale to empower underprivileged students is a dream come true. Business can solve big social problems but if I can just help with one small problem, the life trajectory of a student, then my mission will be fulfilled."
Supporting through Education
With children still recovering from the effects of irregular school schedules during lockdown, more learners unable to read with understanding or at their required age level, plummeting self-confidence and motivation, and rising dropout rates; “learning poverty” has become another scourge that needs to be urgently addressed.
Creating Opportunities
Students are performing badly due to a lack of motivation and being under engaged; and they have lost the motivation, resilience and grit required to succeed. This dire situation calls for an even greater literacy and academic support intervention in order for young people to keep their grip on education and the opportunities that stem from there.
