From 2–6 June, the 9Miles Project headquarters in Strandfontein became more than just a hub for surfboards and community upliftment. It became the launchpad for dreams, direction, and dynamic growth. Enter Passport to Success (PTS)—a globally accredited life skills and job readiness workshop that has already impacted over 250,000 youth in 50+ countries, and now it’s equipping our local heroes with the tools to thrive.
What is Passport to Success, Really?
PTS isn’t your average workshop—it’s an immersive, energising, and empowering experience tailored for young adults aged 18–29. Whether you’re unemployed, exploring your path, or in need of a confidence reboot, this programme is designed to ignite purpose and passion.
Throughout the week, participants dive into topics like:
– Managing Strong Emotions
– The Power of a Positive Attitude
– Assertive Communication
– Entrepreneurial Thinking
– Goal Setting
– …and so much more!
But this isn’t your textbook-style training. With roleplaying, storytelling, and plenty of real talk, PTS dares participants to face their own blind spots, build resilience, and discover just how capable they truly are.
