On 11 October 2025, our 9Miles Project family hit the road for one of the most meaningful weekends of the year – CAB Day (Come and Buy ‘without money’) where love, laughter, and community connection filled the small coastal town of Elands Bay.
This July, a group of our Cape Town team members packed their bags, their surfboards, and their passion, and hit the road on a mission: to relaunch our St. Francis Bay project and ignite a wave of transformation for the local youth.
What happens when you gather 11 young people, a powerful curriculum backed by global leaders like Microsoft, McDonald’s, and Hilton, and the unwavering spirit of a community-based organization like 9Miles Project? You get transformation—real, lasting, game-changing transformation.
With a goal of raising R100,000, we were blessed to reach over an incredible R170,000 in support of surf therapy, education, and mentorship programmes for vulnerable youth.
